Attorney Peter Garin's practice encompasses Family Law, Special Advocacy, Juvenile, and Criminal Private Law, with a strong focus on children and family issues. He represents parents in Dependency and Neglect cases, serves as a Special Advocate, and provides Criminal Defense Counsel for both children and adults. Additionally, he handles Dissolution of Marriage cases. Peter Garin has been a Child and Family Investigator (CFI) since April 2018, having completed or currently handling 110 cases. Since 1988, he has also been serving as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) and Special Advocate, completing over 200 cases. In 2023, he completed training in Child Abuse and Domestic Violence and has worked with victims in a non-forensic setting.
